On the left is a worn out factory engagment collar. On the right is the new 4340 Chromoly collar made by Beyond Insanity. They are rough machined, Heat treated, Then final machined to exacting specs. Machining after heat treating prevents stress risers and gives you a product that is 100% accurate.

The Dana 61 ring gear spacers is a hub centric spacer that alows you to run lower gears and take advantage of the Dana 61 benefits. Benefits like thicker axle tubes, and not having to bore the spindles to run 35 spline shafts. 

NOTE! This does require machining of the spool.
